The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and strategic leader to fill the position of Assistant Director of Building Information Modelling (PEL1) within the Planning and Quailty Branch (PQB).
The Assistant Director of Building Information Modelling (BIM) will lead a small team critical to supporting DPS's strategic asset management, infrastructure planning and building lifecycle management responsibilities for Australian Parliament House.
The successful applicant will provide specialist technical expertise in BIM, digital engineering, asset information management and data governance, ensuring that building and asset information is accurate, integrated and fit for operational requirements, maintenance and capital works decision-making.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with highly specialised skills, including BIM systems administration, digital asset information management, data integration, spatial modelling and the application of industry standards associated with digital engineering and asset management.
