The Perpetual Wealth Management business offers a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services. As an Associate, the role is focused on providing professional and high-quality investment management advice and supporting new and existing Perpetual Private clients.
About the Role
Works effectively with others by taking clear direction and collaborating closely with senior Financial Advisers, paraplanning and operations teams to support a seamless, highly personal client experience.
Prioritises and manages workflow to meet client needs by coordinating advice preparation, monitoring dashboards and accounts, and ensuring advice and implementation activities are delivered accurately and on time.
Adds value for clients through collaboration by supporting strategy development, financial modelling and advice implementation, proactively resolving issues and keeping clients informed throughout the advice journey.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Completed or undertaking FASEA approved education pathway.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience.
Experience with Xplan desirable.
Experience in a client facing role.
Working knowledge of investments & advice strategies including, superannuation consolidation, retirement, structures, taxation, income streams & cash flow modelling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Excellent relationship building skills.
PC literate (Word & Excel).
