Kenbury is working with a leading advisory firm seeking a Vice President to join its Perth team, with a focus on General Industrials.

This opportunity will suit an experienced investment banking or corporate advisory professional looking to take a lead role in transaction execution, develop client relationships and support the growth of the firm’s General Industrials coverage.

The role

• 
  

  Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and transaction documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with senior advisers and clients throughout the transaction process.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee and develop junior team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to origination, pitches and sector coverage.

  
  

Your background

• 
  

  Investment banking or corporate advisory experience at VP level, or an experienced Associate ready to step up.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong M&A execution credentials and technical capability.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience across General Industrials or related sectors.

  
  


• 
  

  Confidence managing workstreams, guiding junior staff and engaging with senior clients.
