Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic litigation team. This role offers excellent exposure to complex disputes across Victorian and Federal courts and tribunals, with opportunities to work on high-stakes commercial matters while developing expertise in alternative dispute resolution methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution
  


• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
  


• Conduct legal research and case analysis
  


• Attend court hearings and mediations
  


• Provide strategic advice to diverse client base
  


• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex disputes
