We have an opportunity for an Associate to Senior Associate to join our Agribusiness & Succession team within our Corporate & Commercial practice, working with Kylie Wilson in our Brisbane office.

More about the team and the role

• Join a team with a love of working with repeat clients, guiding conversations and helping them navigate complex personal and commercial decisions to secure the long term future of their business and wealth.

• Work directly with an experienced Partner and a dynamic team, across both transactional and litigious matters with a focus on agribusiness, commercial transactions, structuring and asset protection, estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.  Any desire to develop a specialty in any of those areas will be well supported.

More about you

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of relevant experience gained in a reputable firm with strong front-end experience.

• You will bring exceptional drafting skills, commercial acuity, sound judgement, and the confidence to manage client relationships independently.

• As a confident leader you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and should be comfortable mentoring junior members of the team.
