About the role

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile bank site located in Baulkham Hills, NSW.

This role is primarily control room–based, with access control responsibilities and a roving component as required. Due to the nature of the site, flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster is essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring CCTV and alarms from the control room

• Managing access control for staff, contractors, and visitors

• Conducting regular patrols and roving inspections of the site

• Incident reporting and escalation where required

• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused presence at all times

• Adhering to site procedures and security protocols

Requirements

• Valid NSW Security Licence

• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster (days, nights, weekends, public holidays)

• Strong communication and report-writing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail

• Previous control room or banking/corporate security experience highly regarded
