Billing Specialist (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities:

• Process and review client invoices for accuracy.


• Assist clients with billing-related inquiries and concerns.


• Update the company database with client payment information.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient billing processes.


• Manage accounts receivable aging reports.


• Oversee the collection and recording of payments from clients.


• Assist in month-end close procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 2 years of experience in billing or a related field.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
