Bottle Shop Manager | White Bull Cellars

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Retail Manager to lead the team at the White Bull Cellar in Roma!

Located alongside the iconic White Bull Tavern, the White Bull Cellar is a busy local bottle shop serving the Roma community and visitors passing through town. Known for its friendly service and great range of beers, wines and spirits, the cellar is an important part of the venue and a favourite stop for locals.

As our Retail Manager, you’ll take the lead in creating a welcoming and well-run store where customers love to shop, and the team enjoys coming to work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great service.

We are offering: 

• Competitive Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Plus Superannuation

Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with suppliers

• Drive sales and meet KPI's

• Strong product knowledge across Beer, Spirits & Wine

• Handling all Hotel and Bottle shop ordering, deliveries and stock management

• Have a friendly and approachable manner

• Lead & coach your team

• Must be able to work autonomously

• Ensure work health & safety of yourself and your team, identify hazards and implement control measures

• Work with the Venue Manager to cross-train team members

• Confident in visual merchandising, creating stock displays and promotions
