Business Analyst Location: Wollongong

This role will be supporting key work relating to internal process improvement and system enhancement.

Your new role

As the Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in a major internal project focused on improving the management of current processes. You will assess current practices, define future-state processes, and help determine whether an existing platform can be configured to meet requirements.
You will join a supportive team and contribute to work that directly improves organisational standards and internal governance.
You will be responsible for:

• Mapping As-Is and To-Be business processes
• Capturing and documenting business requirements
• Assessing whether the existing system is fit for purpose
• Identifying gaps and recommending solutions
• Leading or contributing to stakeholder engagement
• Preparing clear project documentation
• Understanding system configuration needs and limitations

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capability
• Experience assessing system suitability and configuration needs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation
