About The Role
Base salary from $69,591 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience
Working as part of our Operations Business Support team, this is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced role supporting teams across TasNetworks.
As a Business Assistant, you’ll provide efficient, high-quality administrative support while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly managing priorities, coordinating tasks and delivering great service every day.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple teams
- Manage requests and priorities using JIRA request/task management system
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, catering and events
- Prepare documents, presentations and meeting materials
- Support SAP (finance) processes including purchase orders, invoices and expenses
- Assist with onboarding, site inductions and new starter coordination
- Maintain records, intranet content and general office processes
About You
You’re organised, proactive and confident working in a busy environment. You enjoy supporting others, can juggle multiple priorities and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
You’ll Bring
- Strong skills across Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience in administrative or business support roles
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- A positive, flexible approach and willingness to pitch in where needed
- SAP/finance experience (desirable)
- Current driver’s licence
