What’s the role?

You’ll join a team of like minded professionals managing a portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise customers across the Northwestern suburbs and surrounds in Naarm, Wurundjeri Country. Working in a full time capacity, you’ll spend your time connecting with local businesses, building relationships, and helping them grow with the right banking solutions.

As the Business Banking Manager for this region, you’ll be out in market building genuine connections, understanding what matters most to your customers and supporting them through every stage of their business journey. SME is constantly evolving, so you’ll have the opportunity to grow your network, identify opportunities and deliver solutions that make a real difference.

No two days will look the same. You’ll be networking, strengthening your existing portfolio, structuring lending deals and proactively identifying new business opportunities across the North Western suburbs of Melbourne.

What do I need?

• Experience in business banking with strong lending knowledge

• Understanding of credit risk and compliance principles

• A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences

• Confidence building and maintaining meaningful client relationships

• A proactive mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities
