Business Development Executive (Craigieburn-Wallan)

About the role

Step into a dynamic field-based role where you’ll represent some of the world’s most iconic brands, ensuring they’re always available and delivered with excellence in the Melbourne North region. Your territory will include Craigieburn, Mickleham, Wallan and immediate surroundings. 

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis.

You’ll work across a variety of customer environments — from independent convenience stores to cafés and restaurants — building strong relationships and creating positive customer experiences every day.  

This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in your local area, while being supported by a collaborative and high-performing team.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts 

• Monitor competitor activities and customer needs to inform business decisions

• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional success

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Essential Requirements

• Valid Australian driver’s licence
