What’s the role?

Want to combine your passion for home lending with the strength of Westpac's Business Banking network? As a Business Home Lending Manager, you'll work alongside Relationship Managers to help business customers access tailored home loan solutions that support their personal and financial goals.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney CBD / Warrane, Gadigal Country or Parramatta, with hybrid working arrangements available. You'll be a trusted lending expert, working directly with customers, bankers, brokers and key stakeholders to deliver a simple and seamless experience. With a steady flow of referrals from Relationship Managers, you'll be empowered to focus on building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping customers achieve their property ambitions.

What do I need?

• Experience in a customer facing home lending role


• A passion for building relationships and creating positive customer experiences


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Commercial awareness and confidence navigating lending conversations with business customers


• The ability to manage detail, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
