Charterhouse are partnered with a local accounting and advisory firm who are seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join their growing team.
The firm are an expanding team who are looking for a manager to come in and hit the ground running.

The role
The firm are looking for someone to step into a Business Services Manager role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and high-quality client portfolio including: Construction, Consulting and medical professionals. Ranging from sole traders to businesses with more than $180M turnover.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Managing a team - training, delegating and reviewing work of junior staff - onshore & offshore
• Managing an existing client portfolio
• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants
• Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality client delivery
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Being an integral part of the firms growth strategy

About you

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Minimum 5+ years experience within Australian public practice
• Experience managing and developing a team of Accountants
• Strong leadership and team development capability
