Job Description - Business Support Team Leader

Experienced Business Support Team Leader overseeing telco operations, performance, improving processes, coaching staff, optimising SD-WAN/MPLS services, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with the telco industry

  • Past Team Leader or call centre role

  • Proficiency in SD-WAN, MPLS, & Layer 2 networks

  • Knowledge of managed services like cloud connect, hosted phones, routing, and switching

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities

  • Solve problems and think like a leader

  • Strong personal organisation and time management

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Effective as an independent worker and a team player

  • Quick learner who adapts to change

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Oversee daily operations of the Business Support team by assigning tasks as needed

  • Lead and develop our skilled support officers to effectively assist our business customers

  • Create and implement improved business processes to enhance the support experience

  • Foster strong relationships across the organisation and engage key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with other team leaders and management to meet team KPIs for maximum customer satisfaction

  • Assess performance and provide training or coaching opportunities when necessary
