We are seeking experienced Room Leaders to join our team in our Carey Bay service.
You will provide leadership in delivering high quality, inclusive learning programs, while working closely alongside the Centre Director to strive for an exceeding centre.
About the role:
Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another.
Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room.
Ensure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements.
Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
About you:
ACECQA Approved Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
Current Working with Children Check
Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
Strong computer skills
Current approved First Aid Certificate
Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
