Your new role
You'll join a secure cash room team responsible for the accurate processing of high value cash and assets across multiple currencies.

• Work within a secure, process driven operational team handling cash and related items
• Receive and process scheduled cash consignments in line with defined procedures
• Count, reconcile, and balance cash using a mix of systems and manual checks
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, damaged notes, or irregular items
• Prepare cash for secure onward movement and internal distribution
• Complete compliance, audit, and tracking documentation accurately
• Follow strict security, safety, and operational controls at all times

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in cash handling or controlled operational environments involving high-value transactions
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and process focus
• Current National Police Check (completed within the last 6 months preferred)
• Willingness to work additional hours during peak workload periods
• Confident communicator with a strong sense of accountability and escalation awareness
• Physically able to handle operational items of moderate weight
