The College is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Casual Registered Nurse to assist the College with student health care.

About You:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• a diploma, advanced diploma or degree qualification in Nursing, with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;


• relevant experience in a school, paediatric, community, or similar child and adolescent health environment;


• experience in managing individual health care plans, administering medication, and care for conditions such as anaphylaxis, asthma, diabetes, ADHD, and epilepsy;


• strong organisational skills, including the ability to maintain accurate student health records, triage and prioritise care among other tasks, and respond effectively throughout the school day;


• resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to remain calm in urgent situations while supporting student wellbeing and safety;


• the ability to communicate professionally, compassionately and effectively with students, families, and staff, while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries;


• an understanding of child-safe practices, mandatory reporting obligations, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a school community.

Guidelines for Application:

Candidates shortlisted for interview will be expected to provide a Working with Children Check clearance number or clearance letter and must be able to live and work in NSW.

Those who progress to the interview stage will need to be available for an interview the week of 20 of July.
