To meet busy production demands, we are inviting applications for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our pool of Casual Production Workers for our Smithton site.

As a Casual Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in meeting daily production schedules across our dynamic facility.

We value candidates who are: 

• Dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment


• Reliable and available for a 24-hour, 7 day per week shift profile


• Flexible and ready to take on different tasks as required, including on-call availability


• Collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team


• Strong communicators, capable of logical thinking and responding quickly under pressure


• Mechanically minded, with a keen aptitude for hands-on tasks

Preferred experience includes:

• Food processing, warehousing, or manufacturing experience


• Food handling skills/qualifications


• Cleaning and sanitation experience


• Current forklift license with relevant commercial experience
