About the opportunity:

Sage, is seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join the team.

The role includes:

• Managing and opening a brand new 90-place early education centre from Monday to Friday.
• Overseeing all aspects of the centre, including daily routines, staffing, ratios, policies, regulations, compliance, rostering, and staff management.
• Reporting to approved providers.
• Ensuring the centre is providing the highest quality of care at all times.
• Empowering and motivating a team of fantastic Educators.
• Creating and maintaining parent and family relationships.

To be considered, you will have:

• Bachelor of Education Early Childhood or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Confidence in all aspects of communication with families and Educators.
• Experience in managing a larger centre 80+
