At WorkSafe Victoria, the Enterprise Change Management Practice (ECMP) is vital to achieving our strategic goals. We empower individuals to embrace change and drive our mission forward. As a Change Manager, you’ll play a key role in crafting and executing change management plans that ensure smooth transitions and enthusiastic adoption of our strategic and operational initiatives.
What You'll Do:
As our Change Manager, you’ll lead change delivery across projects and programs. Your expertise will help integrate technological advancements, new processes, and strategic shifts across the enterprise. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

About you
This role is perfect for a proactive Change Management professional with a proven track record in complex transformation programs. You’re a natural problem-solver with keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Juggling multiple priorities under pressure is your forte, and you thrive in fast-paced environments.
