What's the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support menu production and daily kitchen operations within a premium corporate dining environment. 

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality meals while supporting junior team members and maintaining kitchen standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and cook food in line with menu specifications. 
• Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section. 
• Support menu production and daily service requirements. 
• Assist with stock control and ordering. 
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. 
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff. 

About You 

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. 
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. 
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
• Full unrestricted working rights within Australia. 

To be successful, you'll need:

• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights (No Working Holiday Visa applications, please)
• To reside in or around the Wodonga region
• The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including a National Police Check
