One of Brisbane’s most iconic venues, the Regatta Hotel, is building out its kitchen team and we’re looking for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Current Opportunities
Chef de Partie (Full-Time) – Strong operator for the pans section, confident in high-volume service
Casual Café Chef – Minimum 20 hours per week, supporting café-style service
Kitchen Porters – Multiple positions available across the venue
About the Role
Working alongside a strong leadership team, you’ll be part of a kitchen focused on consistency, efficiency and quality across all service periods.
You’ll be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality dishes during busy service
Maintaining a clean and organised section
Supporting team service and communication
Following food safety and kitchen standards
Contributing to a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
