The Role:

Reporting to the Service - Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader, in this role you will be responsible for inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings. You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams in Sime Motors by providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives.

What we need from you:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Reliable and strong work ethic

• Confident and professional telephone manner with strong customer service skills

• Capability to action high volume of calls

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
