Claims Advisor

What you’ll do

As a CTP Claims Advisor, you’ll be the helping hand for customers as they navigate the CTP scheme and recover from their injuries.

You’ll:

• Manage day-to-day activities across a portfolio of claims
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide regular updates throughout their claim
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including medical and allied health professionals
• Gather and review information to make informed decisions around treatment and care
• Support customers through what can be a challenging and vulnerable time
• Maintain accurate records and meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements

About you

You’ll bring a customer-first mindset and the resilience to support people through challenging circumstances.

We’re looking for:

• Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, medical reception, allied health, general reception or sales will be highly regarded.
• Previous insurance or claims experience is desirable, but not essential.
• A great phone manner and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
• Genuine interest in building a career and helping people
