About the Role

The Salvation Army Bunbury and Busselton Corps are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to support the cleanliness, safety and presentation of our buildings and facilities. This casual role works 10 hours per week, with shifts to be completed within ordinary hours, Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

The position includes three hours at Busselton Corps once a week and seven hours (split over 2 days) at Bunbury Corps, with flexibility for the right candidate. The ability to travel between both sites is essential.

You will play an important part in ensuring our spaces remain welcoming, hygienic and safe for community members, volunteers and staff. Pay is in accordance with the Miscellaneous Award – Level 2

How You Will Make an Impact

• Clean all areas of the buildings in line with the cleaning schedule

• Clean pool vehicles (inside and outside) as required

• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment

• Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and kept in good working order

• Follow all TSA WHS policies, procedures and relevant legislation

• Report hazards, incidents and maintenance issues promptly

• Ensure security of buildings, including locking up and arming alarms as required

What You Will Bring

• Experience in the cleaning industry (preferred)

• Knowledge of safe work practices and WHS requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physical capacity to undertake all cleaning duties

• Commitment to TSA mission, values and respectful service delivery

• Current WA Driver’s Licence
