More Than a Job: A Mission

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at Nowergup Maintenance Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising train and depot cleaning operations, ensuring all trains, offices, and depot facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. You will lead a team of cleaners, coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, and ensure cleaning schedules are delivered efficiently while meeting customer and operational requirements.This position will primarily be a night shift position, Monday to Friday.

• Previous experience in industrial, commercial, transport, or rail cleaning environments.


• Demonstrated experience supervising cleaning teams, contractors, or service personnel.
