About The Role


PolyNovo is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our NSW Sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for delivering clinical support, education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across New South Wales.



This is a newly created opportunity, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time arrangements.  While the role is remote, regular travel to hospitals and clinics across NSW will be required to support Territory Sales Managers. 



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide clinical support, organise, and provide regular education/inservice to nurses, registrars and other relevant Health Care Professionals (HCPs)

  • Pass on potential leads to the Regional Territory Sales Managers 

  • Organise and participate in trade shows and customer events.

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations. 

  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and providing data back to the team.

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Provide timely business reporting, activity, and results in the CRM.

  • Inventory management such as counting consignment/loan stock, rep stock and providing logistics support where necessary.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Sciences and/or health science e.g. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy etc.

  • Familiarity with working within the hospital environment - familiarity in an operating room is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong ability to maintain a high level of reporting, documentation, and organisation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of their work outputs.

  • High level of proactive problem-solving skills

  • Must be willing and able to travel as required (depending on territory but up to 50%).

  • High level of experience working autonomously and within a small team environment.

  • Must have a valid Passport, Full Driving License and Working with Children Check.
