You’ll take ownership of the club’s early growth, build your team, and play a key role in shaping the culture, member experience, and commercial success from day one.

This role is ideal for a high-performing Membership Consultant or Sales Manager ready to step up into leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving pre-sale and early membership growth

• Leading from the front with sales, tours, and conversions

• Building and developing your team

• Creating a strong club culture and member experience

• Managing day-to-day operations and performance

Roster

Monday–Friday 10am–7pm + Saturday rotation
