• Salary @ $115k - $155k p.a (based on exp)

The firm
This independent commercial law firm advises private clients, companies, partnerships and other stakeholders across a broad range of corporate, commercial and dispute matters. The practice acts for clients across industries including construction, real estate, technology, franchising, medical and allied health.

The role and team
This role will involve a mix of dispute resolution and litigation matters across corporate, insolvency, property and broader commercial disputes. You will work closely with experienced practitioners across the wider commercial practice, with exposure to clients ranging from private businesses through to high net worth individuals and in-house stakeholders.

The team acts across both advisory and contentious matters, offering broad disputes exposure within a collaborative full service environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following
• 3 to 7 years post admission experience in commercial litigation
• Experience across a range of dispute resolution matters
• Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
