About the Role:

As a Commis Chef at Atria, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences, supporting your team to execute service at the highest standard.

• Prepare and present dishes with consistency, attention to detail, and pride in your craft


• Organise and maintain your designated kitchen section to ensure smooth and efficient service


• Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards


• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times


• Support the wider kitchen brigade during busy service periods


• Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment


• Assist in delivering dining experiences that exceed guest expectations

About You:

You are passionate about food, eager to develop your skills, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade Industry or Commercial Cookery Qualification (or currently completing)


• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment


• A genuine passion for hospitality and modern dining


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced chefs


• The ability to work efficiently under pressure
