About the role:

As a Corporate Concierge, you’ll support a high profile site in Darwin, stepping into key positions as needed. This role offers variety, responsibility, and exposure to different environments and clients.

Key responsibilities:

·         Front-of-house concierge and access control

·         Greeting and assisting tenants, contractors, and visitors

·         Responding to incidents and emergency situations

·         De-escalation and conflict resolution

·         Writing clear and accurate incident reports

·         Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

·         Current NT Security Licence  

·         Current First Aid Certificate

·         Experience in corporate or concierge security (highly regarded)

·         Strong communication and customer service skills

·         Professional presentation and ability to engage with high-profile clients

·         Reliable, adaptable, and proactive mindset

·         Availability to work a rotating roster (days/nights/weekends as required)

·         Full working rights in Australia
