About the role

Reporting directly to the Store Manager & supported by an accessible leadership and head office team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of a highly successful store.  

Your key duties will include:

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers
• Ensure the store and forecourt is maintained to a professional standard
• Keep up to date with promotions and products in the store
• Maintain a safe working environment 
• Upsell products as part of the customer experience
• Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves 
• Processing payments and cash handling

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking motivated and action-oriented Console Operators to join our team in Tomakin. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A positive attitude with a strong customer focus
• Previous customer service experience
• Great communication skills
• A keen eye for detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a casual roster

What shifts are available?
