We’re Hiring: Contract Testers (Sydney‑based | Feb–Apr | Customer Transformation)

Challenger’s Programme team has an immediate need for skilled Test professionals to join us on 3‑month contracts (February–April). If you thrive in fast‑paced delivery, love solving problems, and want to make an impact quickly - we’d love to hear from you.

Open Roles

🔹 Test Lead – Coordination & Triage

Perfect for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complex delivery. You’ll:

• Coordinate and triage testing activities

• Manage daily priorities and resources

• Support alignment across CTU teams and stakeholders

🔹 2 x Technical QAs – API, SQL, Files & ETLs

Ideal for hands-on technical testers who enjoy deep-dive execution work. You’ll:

• Focus on API, SQL and data/file-based testing

• Work across ETL pathways and backend validation

• Drive execution quality in a time‑sensitive environment

🔹 Test Analyst – Functional & Business Process Testing

A role for someone who loves understanding how the business operates and ensuring processes work seamlessly. You’ll:

• Lead functional testing aligned to business workflows

• Work closely with SMEs to validate end-to-end processes

• Support UAT and readiness activities

What You'll Bring

• Jira/Xray experience is essential.

• Experience testing in a Financial Services Organisation

• Highly desirable for you to have exposure to registry systems

• Ability to hit the ground running

• Proactive communication and collaboration

• A calm, structured approach under fast delivery cycles

• Impeccable attention to detail
