We are looking for 3 highly organised and customer-focused Coordinators, Learning for Life Customer Support and Administration to join our national team. This role is integral to the delivery of Learning for Life scholarships and programs, ensuring families, students and stakeholders receive accurate, timely and responsive support.
If you enjoy helping people, managing administrative processes, supporting customers directly through customer service activities, maintaining accurate records and working as part of a collaborative team, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
About the role
As a Coordinator, you will provide high-quality administrative, data entry and customer service support across Learning for Life scholarships and programs. Working within a national operating model, you will help ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed service standards.
