As part of Commercial Banking, we support small to medium enterprises with up to $30 million turnover and $10 million in commercial debt. Our diverse clients benefit from tailored solutions in transaction banking, cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and trade finance. Following an internal promotion, join our collaborative Chatswood team of nine, including experienced Analysts who provide mentoring and support. Conveniently located five minutes from Chatswood station, we offer a friendly, high-performing environment.

This client-focused role is all about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. You’ll gain exposure to sophisticated commercial banking deals, conduct research and analysis, and develop a comprehensive database to strengthen client trust. This role can open doors to career paths in leadership, technical risk, product or process teams, or front-line sales as a Commercial Banker.

What you’ll do:

• Perform financial modelling and analysis to evaluate lending risks and opportunities.

• Analyse portfolios using market data and product offerings to prepare accurate, timely loan applications.

• Partner with Relationship Executives to understand client needs and deliver outstanding results.

• Collaborate with product specialists, generate reports, and monitor performance.

What we’re looking for

We’re a high-performing team seeking the same qualities in you. Ideally, you have:

• Experience in business banking, including credit analysis, annual reviews, and reporting

• OR background in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 accounting firm with ambition to grow

• Strong knowledge of balance sheets, P&L, loan structuring, and securities

• Confident communication skills and ability to thrive under deadlines

• Aptitude for learning and genuine interest in credit analysis

• Qualifications in commerce, accounting, or related discipline (CA/CPA highly regarded)
