We’re investing in our stores, systems, data, and people, and reshaping how we serve professional builders and trade customers. Credit and customer accounts is one of the functions we are evolving into its next stage.

What you’ll be doing:

• Credit control and risk monitoring


• Accounts receivable and debt collection


• Payment allocation and reconciliations


• Customer account management


• Stakeholder communication and issue resolution
  

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in credit control and accounts receivable


• Strong understanding of credit and collections processes


• Experience with cash allocation and reconciliations


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills


• Experience with ERP/accounting systems


• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment


• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach


• Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
