About the Role

Working alongside an experienced Finance team, you'll play an important role in supporting healthy cash flow and delivering outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following up outstanding customer accounts in a professional and timely manner.


• Building positive relationships with customers to achieve payment outcomes.


• Allocating customer payments and completing account reconciliations.


• Assisting with credit control and monitoring customer accounts.


• Responding to customer account enquiries and resolving issues.


• Working closely with internal stakeholders to support the timely resolution of account matters.


• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to greater efficiencies.


• Supporting the ongoing transformation of the Finance function.

About You:

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and has a strong eye for detail.

To be successful, you'll have:

• 1–2 years' experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.


• A good understanding of credit control and collections.


• Experience with payment allocation and account reconciliations.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Experience using Microsoft Excel and ERP or accounting systems.


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.


• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and an interest in continuous improvement.
