CRM Manager (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention.


• Manage and maintain customer data within the CRM platform.


• Create and execute targeted campaigns and communications based on customer data and segmentation.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective use of CRM data.


• Analyze CRM performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.


• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Oracle).


• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
