Job Description - Customer Education Specialist Learning & Enablement

About the Role 


We are building out a dedicated Learning & Enablement team at PropertyMe and we're looking for an engaging, customer-focused Customer Education Specialist to deliver outstanding training experiences across our platform. This is a primarily external-facing role — you'll be the face of PropertyMe's learning program for our customers, helping them get the most out of our platform from day one and beyond. 


You’ll deliver live training across virtual and in-person environments, working with everyone from individual property managers to large franchise groups and corporate customers. We’re building an AI-first enablement function, and we want someone who is curious about how AI tools can enhance how training is prepared, delivered and personalised at scale. 


 


Responsibilities 


Customer Training Delivery 



  • Deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions across the full PropertyMe product suite including Manage PM, Grow CRM, MePay and the Owner and Tenant portals 



  • Run group webinars, classroom-style sessions and 1:1 coaching for customers at all stages of their platform journey 



  • Support customer onboarding by delivering structured platform training as part of the go-live process 



  • Adapt training delivery to suit varied audiences — from tech-savvy teams to those newer to digital platforms 



  • Explore and apply AI tools to personalise training preparation, generate session materials and improve follow-up resources for customers 


 


Training Program Support 



  • Work closely with the Content Specialist to ensure training delivery is aligned with LMS content and learning pathways 



  • Provide feedback from the field to inform content updates, new modules and improvements to existing training materials 



  • Support the development of training resources, session guides and facilitator notes where  



  • Assist with internal team training on an ad-hoc basis where content already exists and the need arises 


 


Customer Engagement & Relationships 



  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to understand their training needs and drive platform confidence 



  • Partner with Customer Success and onboarding teams to identify customers who would benefit from targeted training interventions 



  • Track training outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve the customer training experience 



  • Represent PropertyMe professionally at customer sites, industry events and partner forums when  


 


Platform Expertise 



  • Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of the PropertyMe platform and product suite 



  • Stay across product releases and updates to ensure training delivery remains accurate and relevant 



  • Act as a platform ambassador — bringing energy, clarity and confidence to every customer interaction 


 


What You Bring 



  • Proven experience in training delivery, facilitation or customer education — ideally in a SaaS or technology environment 



  • Confident, engaging presenter comfortable in virtual, classroom and 1:1 settings 



  • Strong verbal communication skills — you're clear, adaptable and know how to engage different types of learners 



  • Open to using AI tools to enhance how you prepare, deliver and personalise training 



  • Experience in real estate or property management is a significant advantage 



  • Familiarity with property management software or platform-as-a-service products is highly regarded 



  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed with technology 



  • Ability to manage a varied training schedule and prioritise across multiple customers and formats 



  • Willingness to travel occasionally for face-to-face customer training when  



  • Experience using virtual training platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, GoTo) and LMS tools is a plus

  • Platform adoption and engagement metrics improve as a direct result of training interventions

  • Customers and franchise groups view PropertyMe training as a genuine value-add, not just a tick-box exercise 



  • A strong feedback loop exists between training delivery and content development, keeping materials sharp and relevant
