Customer Relations Consultant

Join our well formed and friendly Inbound customer service team working on behalf of Honda.

About the role

In this role as a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for making warm outbound to Honda car owners, taking Inbound Customer Service Calls, Data Cleansing to make sure the database is accurate and Case Management. There will be an email component to this role.

• Hybrid working model post training 

• Paid Training 

• Commencing July 2026

• Part Time position available 

• Enjoy rotating rosters from Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.

• Ideal for those seeking diverse work schedules.

• You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Build strong client relationships through effective phone communication and timely responses.

• Follow strict compliance regulations to maintain standards.

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
