Maximum Term Contract Full Time - 36.25 hours per week - until 01/04/2027 


 


$79,426.33 to $85,181.53 Annually + up to 13% super

Join our team as a Customer Service Consultant


 



We have two exciting opportunities for customer service stars to join our Integrated Customer Contact Centre (ICCC) Team. Your role will include providing exceptional customer experiences while delivering a diverse range of services that span all areas of Council. The ICCC Team is customer‑focused, and teamwork is a key attribute that enables us to provide high‑quality service to our community.


 


All successful applicants will participate in a structured induction program, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed before you begin taking customer calls. We listen to you - your ideas count and support our continuous improvement culture. Variety is key, and this role involves working in a dynamic contact centre phone environment.

Your responsibilities will include:


 




  • Providing high‑quality customer service across a wide range of Council enquiries



  • Working in a busy contact centre phone environment as part of the ICCC Team



  • Participating in a structured induction program to build essential knowledge and confidence



  • Engaging in continuous improvement by sharing ideas and feedback



  • Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent outcomes for all customers
