Join Our Team at Temperzone – Customer Service Opportunity (Fixed-Term)

📍 Location: Tingalpa, Brisbane

📅 Contract: 17 November 2025 – 29 May 2026

Are you someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Temperzone, Australasia’s longest-serving air conditioning manufacturer, is looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our customer experience. You’ll:

  • Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination.
  • Manage inventory, stock transfers, and logistics.
  • Handle returns, credits, and damage claims.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

🧩 What You’ll Bring

  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or logistics.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Industry certifications or memberships are a bonus!
