Database Manager/Administrator (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain databases for clients in the marketing and advertising industry.


• Ensure databases are secure at all times.


• Create and execute database backup and recovery plans.


• Monitor and optimize database performance.


• Troubleshoot and resolve any database-related errors.


• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to ensure the database meets their needs.


• Prepare documentation for database policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Database Manager/Administrator.


• Strong knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.


• Excellent understanding of database architecture, security, backup, and recovery procedures.


• Experience in database optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
