Requirements

The role of a HCM Data Migration Specialist involves planning, executing, and validating data migration activities as part of system implementation, upgrade, and modernization projects.

• Designing and executing end-to-end data migration strategies tailored to HRIT modules.
  
  


• Collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy and security.
  
  


• Supporting system configuration validation and payroll calculations.
  
  


• Conducting payroll process testing and identifying areas for improvement.
  
  


• Providing comprehensive training to client stakeholders on using HCM Payroll effectively.
  
  


• Advising on variances in results between legacy and target Payroll systems.
  
  


• Documenting configuration decisions, processes, and any customizations made during implementation.
