What we do
We're Surface Rescue. We restore driveways, garage floors and concrete surfaces for homeowners and businesses all over Adelaide. We do this through 3 divisions, 1) Exterior cleaning, 2) Concrete resurfacing & 3) Epoxy Flooring.
The work is hands-on, physical, and genuinely satisfying when you stand back and see what you've done.
A typical day starts at our Ridgehaven warehouse at 7am. You load up, head out across Adelaide in a two-man crew, and get to work. Different locations, different jobs — no two days are exactly the same.
Here's how our team earns $80–100k a year doing work they're proud of — and building toward something of their own
We have 4 ways that you earn within your role. You're in control, if you create more value, you get paid more, simple.
1) Base rate: You start on $37.50/hr as a casual. Once you pass your skills assessment, that moves to $40.60/hr. And of course, we pay overtime & super. Note: Full time positions are available once probation is completed.
2) Pay for Performance (P4P): Finish a job ahead of schedule with a happy client and you're looking at an extra $5–$10 an hour. At the end of the pay period, we pay whatever is the greater amount between your base + overtime or your P4P.
3) Onsite content capture: We shoot content on-site. Timelapses, POV footage of the work we do (not TikTok dances!) Our best guys are pulling in an extra $150–$200 a week from this alone.
4) Upsells: lets say you're on an epoxy flooring job and notice that the customer has dirty pavers that you'd know would come up a treat if our team cleaned them, you provide them with a quote, and if they accept, you get a cut of it

The bigger picture
Working with us as a team member is genuinely rewarding — good pay, good people, and work you can actually take pride in. But there is a ceiling.
For those who want to go beyond that — we're building out a national franchise network, and the right people on our team will have a genuine path to opening their own location under the Surface Rescue brand.
Not everyone will want that, and that's fine. But if you've ever liked the idea of running your own operation, without starting from scratch — the systems, the brand, the support are all there to take away the guesswork. You just have to prove you're the right person for it first.
