Deputy Service Line Lead/PM and Delivery

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leads delivery of major projects, shaping strategy and ensuring alignment with defined objectives and outcomes.
• Champions Safety First, embedding HSW practices and promoting workforce wellbeing across all activities.
• Mobilises and leads high-performing teams, securing internal capability and specialist external resources.
• Translates client vision into deliverable plans, integrating C2P, digital innovation and net zero outcomes.
• Owns senior client relationships, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment and sustained service excellence.
• Drives performance, risk management and compliance, achieving quality, programme and commercial objectives.

You’ll need to have:

• Proven delivery of complex projects, with strong commercial oversight and budget management.
• Advanced knowledge of project management, construction practices, sequencing and risk management.
• Effective communicator and relationship leader across stakeholders, contracts and project lifecycle.
• Relevant qualifications, professional membership and extensive sector experience with strong industry networks.
