About the role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our B2B digital marketing strategy. Working with the team and agency partners, this role owns our digital presence and delivers integrated campaigns that engage the right audiences, strengthen our brand, generate quality opportunities and contribute directly to business growth.

The ideal candidate is a creative, commercially minded and collaborative marketer with experience leading digital marketing across multiple channels, including team leadership and budget management. The role is key to shaping our online presence and customer experience, ensuring best practice in digital execution, leveraging technology and delivering measurable marketing results

Key responsibilities

• Set and deliver our short, medium and long-term digital marketing strategy, using data and customer insights to improve the experience across our digital channels.
• Lead the website strategy, user experience and development roadmap. This includes landing pages, A/B testing, conversion optimisation, tracking and attribution.
• Improve performance across email, marketing automation, search engine marketing, social media, paid digital advertising and other digital channels.
• Manage and improve our digital marketing platforms across automation, analytics, personalisation and campaign management. Identify practical ways to use new technology, including AI, to make campaign delivery more efficient and improve customer engagement and performance.
• Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with business priorities, improve lead quality and handover, and develop account-based marketing programs for priority accounts and key decision-makers.
• Manage digital agency partners from briefing and strategy through to campaign delivery and optimisation.
• Partner with the Data & Insights team to turn customer data into useful insights and report on marketing ROI, pipeline contribution and cost per acquisition.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and direct investment across channels and agencies to maximise return.

Who are we looking for?

You’re a commercially minded digital marketer who can set the direction, bring people with you and stay close enough to the detail to know what is working. You’ll be comfortable working across strategy, technology and campaign delivery in a B2B sales environment.

• Demonstrated experience leading digital marketing, with a track record of turning strategy into measurable results. A tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience delivering digital marketing in a B2B sales environment, including marketing automation and CRM platforms, account-based marketing and close alignment with Sales.
• Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, SEO and email, together with strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing technologies.
• Experience managing digital marketing platforms and website development, including landing pages, user journeys and conversion funnels. You can also assess new technology, including AI-enabled tools, and apply it where it adds practical value.
• Commercial experience managing digital marketing budgets and showing return through lead growth, pipeline contribution and more efficient acquisition.
• Strong relationship-building skills across Sales, creative and data teams, agency partners and global colleagues. Previous people management experience is preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgement and close attention to detail. You can balance longer-term planning with changing campaign priorities and deadlines.
