About The Service
Nestled in the tranquil bushland of the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) Lucas Heights Campus (South of Sydney near Menai), KU ANSTO Children's Centre offers a truly special opportunity for passionate early childhood educators.
Our purpose-built long day care service caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, designed specifically to support the families of ANSTO employees. On-site parking is available, making it convenient for educators with their own transport
The environment, both indoors and outdoors has been thoughtfully crafted to inspire curiosity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning. Its standout outdoor learning spaces use a loose parts play philosophy, encouraging children to explore, create, problem-solve, and develop resilience through open-ended interaction with natural and recycled materials

About The Role
We have an opportunity for an educator with a completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification to join the team. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) on a rotating roster while accruing ONE monthly rostered day off.
