Expressions of Interest – Drilling Supervisor / Wellsite Supervisor (Onshore – Land Based)

Zenith Energy is calling for expressions of interest from experienced Drilling Supervisors / Wellsite Supervisors / Company Men with a background in onshore drilling operations. We anticipate a ramp-up of land-based activity across Queensland and are building a strong pipeline of field-ready professionals to support upcoming campaigns.

This is not a live role but a forward-looking opportunity to register your interest in future field-based supervisory positions.

About the Opportunity

Zenith partners with operators and drilling contractors to deliver safe and efficient well delivery across Australia. We're seeking expressions of interest from professionals with experience in:

• Land-based oil and gas drilling operations
  




• Day-to-day supervision of rig site activities
  




• Contractor and service company management
  




• HSE leadership and assurance
  




• Drilling and completions program execution
  




• Field reporting and logistics coordination
  

Who We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in onshore drilling, with at least 3+ years as a Drilling Supervisor or Company Man
  




• Strong working knowledge of wellsite operations and rig-based activities
  




• IWCF or Well Control Certificate (Supervisory Level)
  




• Familiarity with QLD-specific land access, regulatory, and environmental frameworks
  




• Proven ability to lead field operations and maintain safety and performance standards
  




• Available for upcoming FIFO or DIDO rosters from Brisbane
